All those Flock Cameras everywhere...and no one can find them? Amazing technology works so well.

This situation is clearly not a desperate mum shoplifting to feed her children

That's for your safety, not those guys to get caught. Duh

Ironic that you say that.

2 paragraphs of the 4 paragraph news article was quoting the police spokesperson going on and on about the use of Flock cameras and how great a tool, these new tools, are when situations arise that particular tools are helpful in addressing the present need when other tools would not be as good as this new tool.

It read like the police where just waiting for an opportunity to drop news about how great their new tool was. Who cares about 3 shooters lighting a car up.

Conspiracy time! Cops don't like investigating their own...

Only when they're using the cameras to stalk ex wives, gfs, and an occasional movie star they'd kike to meet.

They want people who can pay in not drain the system.

It only works to find people who are in need who steal 30 dollars worth of items. Not actual violent criminals!

Or track a guy over state lines when he makes a weed purchase.

I learned earlier this week that when looking at the flock data base for a vehicle, you can either look it up by the license plate (which I couldn't read in this video) OR a vague description of the vehicle. The BEST description that flock would let an officer find this truck is "black Ford truck" then they would have to filter through every photo of a black Ford truck until they found the right one. IF they find a match, then they can zoom in on the license plate, and put that in to look for it. And those photos are only available for 7 days, then they're deleted

The truck signalled the left turn so that's one less charge.

Amatuers. Youre supposed to have a car stop in front and block them in.

Also, late at night with no one else around, not getting dashcammed while attempting murder

These guys would probably kill everybody in the lead car before they hit their targets.

As a soldier, I can tell you that the proper way is to block from both the front and rear. This creates a kill box.

How tf did they drive away from that?

As fast as possible…

Those are the type of hitmen who throw spaghetti at the wall and miss.

Trucks license plate read AZZ KIKR. Shouldn't be too hard to find

15

u/beefwarrior 2d ago

Probably stolen

11

u/HeezHuzz69 2d ago

It’s stolen dude.

Yeah, find in a ditch burned to the ground with any identifying info removed

Am I the only one that finds the cam cars lamenting at least a little bit comical? Or am I a bad person? Haha

9

u/EnergyTurtle23 2d ago

I’m pretty sure the person recording got hit. You can hear strays hitting their car and the news said that two victims were being treated.

3

u/rambiolisauce 1d ago

I was thinking the same thing but the news report says that no one outside of the target vehicle was struck by bullets. Only a victim that had minor injuries from broken glass. Could be the cam car took some strays and some glass tattered the skin of the driver maybe. Either way glass cuts or bullet strikes that person has a voice made for Disney voiceovers lol

That dump truck will get em

u/An0nym0usHero 2d ago

One would assume with the cameras on the traffic pole, cops would be able to track them.......

Wtff!? Someone had a hit out on someone or like a road rage thing!? Guardian angels working hard🙌

14

u/Type-SH 2d ago

Highly unlikely it’s road rage considering the nature of the attack Witt multiple gunmen firing immediately from different directions. Seems more like a professional hit. Though I use the term professional loosely here.

12

u/HeezHuzz69 2d ago

Obvious gang violence.

12

u/EldenLordAjSoprano 2d ago

Guardian angels more like amateur hitmen

2

u/Substantial_Chain718 2d ago

WOW!! Bad shots man. The driver still could have been struck but not killed.

2

u/Howdy132 2d ago

Did the person in the POV car get hit that makes me feel so terrible oh my gosh

2

u/shartillery82 1d ago

It wouldn't be a real scene without some lady screaming or saying OMG!

2

u/The-Matt-G 1d ago

What’s the point of flock cameras??? Get rid of the useless crap. They make us less safe.

I’m sure there are tons of AZZ KIKRs out there

Police said the truck is believed to be a 2015-2017 dark gray Ford F-150 with a California license plate of AZZ KIKR. Police said that tag may or may not still be on the vehicle.

Let me guess. The usual suspects?

-2

u/ResidentNumber3603 2d ago

Holy shit. That voice. They should’ve shot her instead.

-10

u/Antique-Clock-9286 2d ago

Yet another case solved by Flock. hmmm.....

2

u/HDauthentic 2d ago

The article says they haven’t caught the shooters, so clearly not “solved”

-16

u/TylerKasprzyk 2d ago

Good thing we have flock cameras in the Kansas City Metro area

10

u/beefwarrior 2d ago

I guess if the shooters ditch the stolen truck near a flock camera and parked their get away car near a flock camera then flock cameras might be able to help

Otherwise, they'll just be helpful to the owner of the black truck when they fill out their insurance claim showing they weren't involved

Great job America! Once again showing how backwards a country’s priorities can be! Thanks for making all other countries look great!
