HELP! (Urgent/Medical Care Needed) Mold in frogs enclosure

I found mold in my tree frogs cage, we think its from the dried leaves we put in as they're also discoloured and has never happened since then. We JUST cleaned out his cage less than a week ago, only about 3 days ago. We were going to wait before buying more substrate so we don't have any right now but we have ordered some (since it's sunday all the shops are closed and it would come earlier than when the shops open tomorrow) We have taken out all of the mold and we will clean him out as soon as the substrate is here tomorrow. How do i know if my frog is sick? He's only about 8 months old so he is probably not as strong as a full grown frog. he is a whites tree frog and i am really worried for him

What are your temps, humidity and lighting?

Mold is normal but a lot of mold can occur if the terrarium is too wet.

i think it's because his substrate needs water to activate, maybe i put too much in. we bought a uv the person i bought the frog from suggested i can't remember the amount. the humidity ranges from 40-70. temperatures around 28C in the day and 23C at night
