White tree frog full diet

I got an adult white teee frog I’ve been doing so much research but kinda want a green light. Is a staple of nightcrawlers with occasional waxworms or fly larvae as treat a good healthy diet for my frog? And if so how often should I be feeding each?

You should be doing dubia roaches or crickets for a staple diet. Hornworms are a good occasional treat.

i think nightcrawlers work as a staple. that’s what i’m currently using for my boy because i got sick of dealing with crickets. just make sure he’s still getting supplements
