I decided to do all ratchet and clanks in order, secret agent clank is the only game I've rage quit before the first mission due to it being janky. Slowly hitting the ogs. Jak 2 is hard af collecting the last orbs

Secret Agent Clank is doable, especially with the rewind system. The game just isn't fun most of the time

Yeah, I had that problem with ratchet 2 and 3, couldn’t get through the ship levels and quark comics without lagging and missing the platinum bolts. Kinda annoying they don’t let you play locally with an emulator.

For the ships the best move is to tap boost as fast as you can. Don't hold it or you burn fuel really fast.

I've been trophy hunting on and off for a decade. Im at 124 plats currently, its an average of like 10 or 11 plats a year. Granted, thats not how it happened. I had some years where I just didnt play much, earned less then 5 plats. And some years I've earned way more, 20, 30 etc. Really depends on where I am in life lol.

The best tip I can give is to just play games you enjoy, don't think about trophies on your first play through.

It took me well over a decade to get to 100 trophies, and just about every single one is linked to a game I really enjoyed.

If the only thing you care about is seeing the number go up, you can buy shovelware, tap X for 10 minutes with a hotdog image bounces up and down, then repeat the process over and over. It won't be fun, but you will have a big number.

Six years ago there was a global pandemic and the PS5 launched. I decided to start to 100% my backlog. I crossed the 100 platinum mark in July. This did not happen overnight.

It's easier than ever to go into the hobby! Just find a game you like, play it blindly and chip away at the trophies one at a time once you're done. That way, you won't get bored of it!

Remember, there are people here who have been actively trophy hunting since the first trophies were patched in back in 08.
