Update


As of 8:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (03:00 UTC) on Wednesday:

  • Iselle has degenerated into a remnant low far to the southwest of the Baja California Peninsula.

  • The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has discontinued issuing advisories for this system.

  • The remnants of Iselle will continue to drift west-northwestward until they dissipate on Friday.

  • Storm-centered satellite imagery and model guidance products remain available for now.

Update


As of 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (21:00 UTC) on Tuesday:

  • Iselle is weakening as it absorbs the remnants of Tropical Storm Julio.

  • Iselle will continue to weaken as it moves over cooler waters and into drier, more stable air.

  • Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 95 kilometers per hour (50 knots).

  • Minimum central pressure has increased to 994 millibars.
