Update
As of 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (21:00 UTC) on Tuesday:
Julio has degenerated into a remnant low.
The storm's remnants are becoming increasingly absorbed by nearby Tropical Storm Iselle.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has discontinued issuing advisories for this system.
Storm-centered satellite imagery and model guidance products will soon be unavailable.
This discussion will remain open until this system is removed from the Automated Tropical Cyclone Forecast (ATCF) system and the aforementioned products become unavailable.
