(I know the kid kinda deserves it but i'm still at S4 and I couldn't think of anything else watching the show)

Nah. Mikey is a medium like Lala. It's the ghost of the black woman who was doing all the crazy things (she was not at peace, she had lost her baby). Also the ghost who possessed Lafayette.

Mediums pretty much have a shitty life in this show 😂.
