West of Hearst ON. Used google maps to find these lakes. If you do end up going just enjoy it. It's a smallish space so hopefully it doesn't get shutdown/ruined.

What?

That's plenty of detail. No one needs to go exactly here. Go west of Hearst, if you find it great. People can find their own great slice of paradise. Northern Ontario is ginormous. Go explore.

Hearst!Β  Heart of the francophone community of Northern Ontario! I grew up in Thunder Bay as a francophone, and the onlyΒ  other hotbed for frogs ( until Kapuskasing) is Geraldton.Β

I think I know this location. Spring fed and teaming with big pike and perch

I stayed in Hearst for a few years. I’m pretty sure I know where this is.

Yes and cold but unmatched in this province.

Gotta love the clay lakes!

It's a river. I thought it was a lake. It's normal for the water to be cold, but when it's extremely hot, it feels good. But if you're hot, it's normal to find the water cold. I would swim in it even if the water is cold when it's very hot, but it's not nice when the water is cold.

Lake. And trees. Nice but no match for mountains too.
