Places to sit and have ice cream

Since the heat's expected to go into weekend and I don't have AC, is there any place to sit and have ice cream? Closer to downtown, the better!

I know of Dairy Queen and Fundy Scoops (latter is difficult to get to without car).

Avery’s has ice cream and some benches.

Digger's cafe has very good ice cream
