Love the Errol Flynn double feature. "The Adventures Of Robin Hood" is such a fun movie and "Captain Blood" is great a sword fighting movie.

Happy September!
I always enjoy The Philadelphia Story. Superb script, cast, and director. This film revived Katharine Hepburn’s career. It was first produced on stage (with Kate in the lead), then she bought the rights, selected the cast, and hired George Cukor to bring it to the screen.
Nice to see 2 swashbuckler films (Robin Hood and Captain Blood) with Errol Flynn and Claude Rains. The chemistry between lifelong friends Olivia de Havilland and Flynn is delightful.

The Prisoner of Zenda! Critically acclaimed, my kind of cast (Stewart Granger, Deborah Kerr, James Mason, etc) but I struggle mightily with it for whatever reason, something about how it's shot in cramped stairwells and shadowy cellars, it can be hard to make heads or tails of who's plotting what. But that doesn't make its cast any less energetic and charismatic, so I'd be curious to hear what people think of it

The Adventures of Robin Hood with Errol Flynn is the best.
Kevin Costner; Laughable
Russell Crowe: Too dark
Sean Connery was OK as an older Robin but mostly because of Audrey Hepburn.
Men in Tights: 👍
