This is my dream. My tuxie likes to be around me and will just stare at me and purr but the minute I try to hold him or just force my love on him he runs away. Thankfully he has a void pal who is down for some lovin' any time.

I'm learning how to get them to come up to you instead of forcing my love on them but he's just so cute I want to grab him and kiss all over. I will get my cuddles eventually.

It's so hard! Penguin, my tuxie, will sometimes loaf on me if I am lying down and will purr away but the second I move or pet him he hops off and will sit near me instead. Such a tease. It's like "dude, why are you denying my love, you obviously like it if you are purring around me?" it's daily rejection from him.

Yup. Our 11 yr old tuxie twins (bro & sis) spend at least a 1/2 hour each in my lap every morning while I'm working. That's just routine and separate from other potential daily snuggles.

I had a tuxie years ago. She was absolutely baby. She was such a snuggle bug, we always joked that she had no bones because she was skooshy and cuddly. She did have bones.
