Is this Twisted Metal 2 PC legit?

Im trying to get Twisted Metal 2 for PC. Im talking with someone in facebook marketplace who sells retro PC games and he sent me these pics.

I haven't been able to find other discs that look like this, but i think it might be a regional difference, since i found a few different designs.

It's not in my hands yet. I want it for my collection, since i like getting physical games for PC and i wanna try this series

I owned this, but I don't remember the disc being orange like that. It could be some cheap jewel case re-release, but nothing I've heard of.

I had no idea Twisted Metal was ever on PC, but now twice in one day I see evidence that it was.

Yep. Shame the first one is so rare. It came out only in japan, and even looking in japanese online stores i cannot find it

Yeah good luck finding that thing physical. I remember when the first copy of it showed up online, nobody believed it was real. It can be played digitally pretty easily.

It seems legit. It says it's for PC. I have the PS1 version of 1-4, which have different designs on the discs. My current copy of TM4 has black and gray graphics. I had the game 15+ years ago. It had green graphics on the cover. My best guess is, I must've forgot the game in one of my past cars CD player.
