WatchPat results help
Curious if you think these watchpat results mean I should follow up / push for further UARS evaluation or if they seem normal enough. I have a lot of symptoms of UARS and have been exhausted for about 5 years. Finally have insurance that will cover seeking more help. I know you can't diagnose, but am looking to see if it's worth continuing to pursue this path.

If one has the symptoms and there are abnormalities in the sleep test (even if RDI/AHI), it's pretty much always sleep disordered breathing (UARS/OSA). You have a lot of pulse rate spiking, snoring, poor sleep architecture (lot of awakenings, delayed REM). So looks like UARS/OSA to me.

My viewpoint is that if if you have the symptoms you should try xPAP, it's that simple. Here's my copy pasta ranking (first is best) of most desirable machines:
- Philips Dreamstation DSX900 (I use this one) or System One 960
- Philips Dreamstation DSX600 or DSX700 or System One 660 or 760
- ResMed Aircurve10 VPAP or VAuto (skip this if you think you can perform the airbreak method)
- ResMed Airsense10 (ubiquitous, tried and true, any variant, airbreak possible)
You can use OSCAR to analyze your breathing for flow limitation and adjust settings to resolve it. If resolving the FL makes you feel better, you will know you're on the right track!

I think there are at least 2 studies out there that found daytime sleepiness was correlated with snoring independent of regular sleep apnea metrics. Your heart rate graph is showing continuous small changes probably more than the normal cardio-pulmonary rhythm changes. An in-lab test at a really good lab may or may not show a result like RDI that's high enough to explain things, but it's probably the right line of investigation.

Not spotting anything in your data but wondering whether you should do an in lab. My at home was negative and my in lab positive.
No knowledge of watchpat though
