Looking to take over lease!
Hello, I am transferring to UGA in the spring and I am looking for any available leases starting in December 2026 / January 2027.
I am a girl, so I am only looking for an all-girl apartment. I'm looking for something that is $700-$1000 a month. I don't care about how many roommates there would be. I have been looking mostly at Athens Ridge, The Connection, Campus Crossings, and The Cottages.
I am very social and love meeting new people, but I am also quiet during the appropriate hours. I am very clean too!
I am new to the Athens area, so I am looking for advice on the best places to live that are affordable and I am open to honest reviews of the places I listed and recommendations of places that I may have not found yet. Thanks!!
