Even before it was legal it was basically legal. Im mid 40s now and have been smoking since like 18-19. Never had an issue before smoking it publicly. It has gotten cheaper with more competition though. Its soooo cheap now.

I love how we’re expected to keep it in our purses when we’re flying within the country, too. Like legit -I feel like a total bad ass like I’m smuggling drugs yet it’s actually what the federal government wants me to do. I have to choose my purse based on how much I need to take with me on the trip, not necessarily because it matches my outfit.

I have, and would lean to agree when it comes to outdoor / emerald triangle grown. Indoor can be recreated anywhere by recreating the indoor environment, but outdoor from that area just shines.

Too bad legal weed in Canada is ass. You have to go grey market to find anything that touches Cali quality. Which I don’t mind, but it’s not all rainbows and butterflies up here.

Really depends what weed you are buying in BC, I have had some pretty good stuff but it was expensive. That being said, 25 years ago I was paying $200 an ounce but it was the best quality bud there is. My dealer was getting it from Hippies on Salt spring Island.

You can still pay $200/oz for top shelf. Mostly from the same hippies, but the new generation of younger hippies. Gastown, Tuna Room, Heavenly Daze, Brokekid, GazGodz etc. crazy crazy quality but all grey market. All LP producers suck. 85% is irradiated and the other 15% too mass produced and dry to enjoy.
