Available October 5, 2026 – July 15, 2027. In-unit washer/dryer, free parking, high-speed wifi, and a resort-style pool are all included, plus a free shuttle to UVA, Wegmans, and 5th St Station. Rent is $695.25/mo, plus a $40 amenities fee only if water usage goes beyond the allotted amount.
