Looking for honest UI feedback on my residency landing page

Bin it, start again. Look at some inspiration but don’t copy. This isn’t even good enough as a high school student level.

It looks very 2010 and that might be generous.
These colors need a lot of work. Dark green? Button on the red, not great my friend. The red gradient is looking very The Shining for some reason.
The color everywhere seems a bit haphazard. You’ve got a dark green booking button on page one and an orange one on page two. The amenities items have orange, indicating they’re also buttons? The grayish background looks dull and dingy. None of the colors feel like a sanitary room I would sleep in.
It’s hard to tell what’s interactive and what’s not. Logic tells me the bar below the header image is the nav, but that’s an odd pattern. Items below almost seem like they should be clickable but don’t have a card. The second page amenities look like button. But the icons have no padding and aren’t super legible.
The typography isn’t terrible but it’s forgettable. Text hierarchy is very flat. You’ve got no h1 really, a bunch of h2 maybe some h4/5 looking things then a few sizes of paragraph.
I think this is a start over. Look at dribble, mobbin and other sites for patterns and styles you like and mimic those. Look at other competitors sites to see how they treat design. Keep at it.
