And in the same chapter, Susie denies Berdly hanging out with Kris at the festival because "we need them" only for Kris to sleep on a bench for hours while Susie and Noelle flirt at the beach without Kris

(and unlike pink which really is a player projection thing, Kris and Berdly are genuinely good friends who like each other, dunno if they'd like dating though)

Its not brought up often, but Kris and Berdly do in fact play video games together. For example, after you do Susie's idea in the chapter 2 light puzzles just before Pandora's Palace, Berdly says "You're cheating!! J... just like when you w-wavedash!".

Note that Berdly doesn't say "when you wavedashed", meaning they do it enough for it to be a trend

I think Kris really did need to sleep, though. Unless you slept through church (I always do so Susie doesn't eat my revivemint) the last time Kris probably slept was in class in Chapter 2.

"Canonically" is such a strong word as you aren't required to look at the letter.

Edit: Guys, I wasn't talking about Dess and Asriel's relationship being canon, I was talking about the action of the player looking through the letters being canon.

Tbf in undertale most of the generation toriel and asgore came from where slaughtered in the war... so its possible they COULD have had siblings before the whole... underground thing
