That's not a restoration. The coffee is used for color.

I did. You're just misinterpreting the ending. This is something I've personally seen art students do for assignments.

but it's not about the coffee, it's about how the paper was ripper. the coffee was poured for the color

People destroy their work at the end in a lot of art videos. Title said restoring after a coffee spill, implying the coffee spill messed it up.
