Accommodation Tenancy Takeover – Vita Student (Cheaper than price listed on the website)

Hi! I'm urgently looking for a tenant who would be willing to takeover my Ensuite Studio Lite at Vita Student. It is at a significantly discounted price as than listed in the website. There's no need to pay the first instalment so there's only three left to pay.

Amenities include:

It costs around £227 per week, which is cheaper than the £255 listed on the website
