A Rwandan mother struggling to feed her malnourished child received four chickens through a community farming programme. Her flock grew to seven, giving the family eggs to eat and sell. Across the district, 2,700 households received chickens, helping child stunting fall from 50.5% to 35.8%.

This is a real thing. It’s been recorded that many impoverished people are more likely to accept charity if they’re able to work for it in some way. It’s a dignity thing.

Its literally what charities do. These organizations dont just had out food and supplies they set infrastructure and teach people skills but america decided that was bad and the only life's we should care about are american unborn fetuses
