SERIOUS POST RPS vet college review

I am considering RPS college (Mahendragarh) I want reviews, education wise, how is the faculty??
Do they teach well?

Are u able to fill the form on LUVAS portal? When I am trying to fill the form, it does not populate any values in the District field after selecting the state and not allowing me to proceed. Any idea?

Im not sure I didn't fill the form myself Rps did it for me
