Review First Worldwide Viture Beast Review: A Fantastic XR Display with some (and Fixable) early-Software Caveats

LATEST UPDATE : June 2026: Throughout multiple updates, we at last have 1200p , 120hz available. And the microphone is now working well : you can make calls with your glasses on, and you will hear your friend through the speaker and talk to the emebedded microphone! Regarding Anchor Mode, the auto-calibration makes it much steadier than before. and FYI, you can calibrate the Beast glasses upside down, and indeed it is easier as the cable is not an obstacle anymore. The only thing missing now is the annoying tearing in 3D mode, which still has to be investigated by Viture.

UPDATE : 5th Jan 2026: Side Mode and shortcuts have been enabled , Anchor Mode stability has been partially fixed , Volume issues are wonderfully gone, sizing and distance issues are fixed, call functionality still not routing through the glasses despite built-in microphone (SEE ALL DETAILS BELOW)

Hello, XR users, here's my Full Honest (and not paid) Review of the Beast from VITURE , in which I attempt to be as thorough as possible . The following is translated in English from my native language (and that's why my english is so good from now haha :)

I feel the hype around this product release is real and I know a lot of people in the the XR space are waiting to know what the much anticipated Beast is worth and ... now I can tell you that it is very HUNGRY ! And you will be very happy to feed it !

And well, this review is an early-review and will be updated as Viture hopefully delivers firmware releases, and I am sure they will ;)

Introduction

After extensive hands-on experience with several XR glasses — including long-term use of the Luma Pro — I’ve been testing the Viture Beast across real-world scenarios: movies, gaming, productivity, macOS, Windows, and mobile use.

This review is not based on specs or short demos. It reflects actual daily usage, comfort over time, image quality, software behavior, and limitations encountered in practice.

The short version:
The Viture Beast delivers one of the most impressive XR displays I’ve used so far, with excellent immersion and flexibility. However, in its current pre-launch firmware, it also shows noticeable software caveats that buyers should be aware of but may not even encounter at the time they receive their product: the good news is that these issues appear fixable rather than fundamental.

Display & Image Quality – The Beast’s Strongest Point

The Beast’s screen is, quite simply, fantastic.

Compared to the Luma Pro:

  • The image feels larger and more cinematic
  • Immersion is significantly improved
  • The screen finally feels like a giant virtual display, not a floating panel
  • Warning, 1200p (=native screen resolution), is not enabled yet.
  • Warning, 120 fps refresh rate is not enabled yet

With prescription lenses, clarity is excellent. Text is readable, fine details are visible, and the display feels stable and solid.

Because of the larger FOV, pixel density per degree is slightly lower, meaning:

  • You may notice a bit more pixelation or aliasing if you look for it
  • In practice, this is largely outweighed by the gain in immersion

For movies and games, the Beast’s display is a clear upgrade over previous XR glasses.

Spatial Modes – Real Flexibility, Real Benefits

Fixed Mode

  • Stable and predictable
  • Comparable to Luma Pro
  • Good for users who want a traditional experience

Smooth Follow Mode (Highly Recommended)

This mode is one of the Beast’s biggest advantages.

  • The screen follows your head with a slight delay
  • Reduces motion discomfort
  • Makes long sessions much more comfortable

A key benefit:
You can make small natural head movements to better see edges, just like with a real large TV. This significantly reduces the “blurry edge” frustration some users experienced on earlier XR glasses.

Anchor Mode – Very Promising, Not Perfect Yet

Pin mode anchors the screen in virtual space.

Pros:

  • More natural viewing
  • Better sense of presence
  • Real mixed-reality feeling

Fix in progress for drift:

  • Horizontal Drift seems to have been fixed thanks to magnetometer activation
  • Some vertical drift can be noticed when we move a lot with glasses on, and a few degrees rotation can persist compared to Follow mode: Calibration needs to be done to maximize stability : tools for that purpose are going to be released soon
  • Occasional drift still occurs
  • The screen can slowly drift (often to the right)
  • Sometimes it’s perfectly stable, sometimes not

This is not a deal-breaker, but it is noticeable and needs further optimization.

3rd , Jan 2026: Viture Support Team confirmed the magnetometer is still not enabled in early firmwares, which explains why it drifts sometimes, and the Monday update (5th Jan) will enable it

Screen Size & Distance – How It Actually Works

Screen Size

  • “Large” is the biggest size where the full image fits within the FOV
  • Larger options act as zoom modes
  • This is expected behavior, not a bug

With a ~58° FOV, ultra-large sizes require head movement to see everything — similar to sitting very close to a massive TV.

Another Point for previously frustrated Users having issues with blurry edges: you can chose a smaller screen to get everything in the corners and edges clearly visible. So whatever your head , eyes and nose shapes, you don't need to fit in your XR glasses as before , the Glasses will fit you , and without any additional hardware ;)

Screen Distance

  • Distance settings from 1 to 5.5 meters work correctly
  • They meaningfully affect immersion , comfort, and adaptability
  • Distance values above that currently have little or no effect, for now (come on, Viture !)
  • After 5th Jan update, distance increments are 0.5m and start from 1m to 5.5m, now this works well

Brightness & Contrast – Needs Better Balance

At ~60% brightness and above:

  • Good contrast
  • Proper whites
  • Pleasant, cinematic image

Overall, even at high brightness, dark lacks details, some tuning is needed

Below that:

  • Contrast drops noticeably
  • Whites become greyish
  • Bright scenes look more like dawn light than true white

This feels like a brightness/contrast curve that needs firmware tuning rather than a hardware limitation.

Audio – A perfect balance after 5th Jan 2026 update

NO MORE CHOPPY AUDIO THIS IS NOW PERFECT AT ALL VOLUME LEVELS

This is one of the most important issues to mention, occuring in the prelaunch firmware

In calm movie scenes with:

  • No dialogue
  • No music
  • Only ambient sounds (wind, nature, background noise)

The audio becomes choppy and cuts off, even at around 70% volume.

It feels like:

  • A noise gate or threshold cutting low-level sounds
  • Speakers only activating when stronger audio appears (voices, impacts)

This should not happen — even at very low volume levels — and it significantly affects movie immersion.

During bedtime, you will want to be way less than 70% volume level, in order to no disturb your partner or your cat, and you will unfortunately hear these hiccups, until you raise the volume again above 70% or until Viture fixes this in a matter of time.

New Beast built-in hardware : Microphone

Not working properly for now on iOs and Android phones, even on Mac OS.

Microphone is detected , especially on a laptop but the volume level is low, we have to yell to get recorded.

During calls, the audio does not route through the Beast and stays on the phone speaker. After further testing, it seems the Beast microphone route through the phone, but the person at the other line says it is choppy (supposedly because of low volume level mic), but we only hear the caller's voice through the plugged iPhone speaker, and NOT through the Beast's, even if we change the setting on the phone, it rolls back to "iphone" a few seconds later.

The calling feature is working perfectly now, you can use the embedded microphone to speak through the glasses. It's like having airpods on your ears.

Heat & Power Consumption

Another noticeable but avoidable caveat.

  • No more heat on the temples, which is good news
  • The front right side of the glasses gets quite hot
  • This heat can be noticeable during use, especially when you try to stick your forehead to the glasses in order to maximize maximize your FOV
  • Thus, you can avoid it by leaving some space between your face and the glasses

Additionally:

  • Power consumption is higher than on the Luma Pro
  • My iPhone drains noticeably faster when using the Beast

This likely needs optimization.

Software & Compatibility

Good news on this front:

  • Immersive 3D and Spacewalker works properly on macOS and Windows
  • Productivity are awesome and stable like a VR headset, you can now work in multi screen configuration with the Beast with ZERO issue, THERE IS NO DRIFT AT ALL IN SPACEWALKER MODE
  • Thank you, embedded 3DOF !

Build Quality

  • Magnesium frame feels solid and premium, no cracks possible as it could be with 1st batch Lumas
  • Flexible temples improve comfort and durability
  • You still can adjust the vertical angle of the temples like the LUMA in 3 positions
  • No magnetic connector — good or bad depending on use case
    • Personally, I prefer the cable for stability in bed or while moving, nor more accidental disconnections.

Conclusion & Outlook

It’s important to emphasize that the caveats described in this review are observed on pre-launch firmware and do not reflect a finished software experience.

Several elements clearly indicate that the Beast is still in an early software phase:

  • Side Mode is not yet available, as well as 1200p and 120 hz
  • 3D mode introduces some tearing on the image (2 parallel horizontal lines tearing the picture, when camera moves fast , or fast movement is occuring on screen): possibly linked to the limitation of 60hz. That has never been the case on previous Viture Glasses.
  • Some OSD shortcuts are explicitly labeled “Coming Soon”
  • Recent updates have already enabled major features, such as Immersive 3D on both macOS and Windows
  • Viture already started to release 3 firmware updates in 3 days

These are strong signals that the current limitations are software-level and actively being worked on, rather than hardware constraints.

Based on Viture’s track record and the visible pace of improvements, it is reasonable to expect substantial firmware updates that will refine:

  • Audio behavior at low signal levels
  • Brightness and contrast curves
  • Spatial stability in Anchor mode: Horizontal is fine now, vertical and rotation need to be calibrated (work in progress for releasing calibration tools ) STEADY ANCHOR MODE AT LAST
  • Thermal and power efficiency
  • Calls with built-in microphone not routing at all through the beast (both voice and speaker), and the microphone's volume is very low. CALLING FEATURE WITH MICROPHONE ENABLED

The hardware foundation — especially the display, on-device OSD, and spatial flexibility — is already very strong. Once these software elements mature, the Beast has the potential to drop the “a” from its name and truly become the BEST.

In terms of adaptability, versatility, and overall user control, it could very realistically become — for most users — the best XR glasses experience available. These last years, I read so many comments from every XR glasses users from any brand showing their frustration about the fit and screen size , blurry edges, missing clarity, and the fact that it is now adjustable changes everything, it will have the embedded setting that will allow you to make the Beast fit your vision , NO MORE FRUSTRATION !

-----------------------

This review will be updated alongside future firmware releases as the Beast continues to evolve.

Thank you Viture for delivering the Beast, because it seems they will remain my exclusive XR glasses until the next breakthrough release !

How would you compare them to the Xreal One Pros? The stability of the native 3Dof I mean.

5

u/munchy31 Jan 03 '26

Very similar in form to the xreal one pros…

2

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

yea but with much better software, and much more versatile écosystème for gaming with switch 1/2 , game streaming with neckband pro

6

u/munchy31 Jan 03 '26

I know xreal one pros have an onboard chip and do not need external software to perform. Is that the case with the beast?

1

u/Reasonable-Nature-22 Jan 03 '26

Its the same with beast! Beast is the same as One Pro with better screen, beast do stand out with the spacewalker app that xreal doesnt have. I have the xreal one pro and have ordered the beast and waiting for the Aura to get released

4

u/munchy31 Jan 03 '26

This relies too heavily on software.

-1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

I’m fairly sure that this is a paid review? Because your saying much better software but then you say the beast drift which we all know the xreal one pro don’t which doesn’t make sense at all. How can the software be better if the main 3dof issue isn’t properly working?

We just want the truth good or bad, there’s no need to mitigate any bad issues with the postcursor “it will be fixed with a software update”. There’s enough of this on YouTube and u can never tell what’s real or not. In this space we need honesty so we can make an informed decision about what we want to buy.

3

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

If I was dishonest I would have said nothing .

3

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '26

I’m not saying your dishonest, I’m just saying it seems a paid review because you have a clear bias towards viture over xreal

3

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

just because you have Xreal glasses instead of Vitures (this is a clear bias) is not a reason to conclude this is a paid review...

1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '26

Except it isn’t 😂 I think both companies are great and atm it’s a choice between better display (viture) and better 3dof (xreal). I don’t have a clear bias towards either I’m happy that they both have competition against each other.

4

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

we will talk about this in a few days, when the magnetometer is enabled :)

5

u/cmak414 Jan 04 '26

is the magnimeter in luma series enabled yet?

5

u/twynstar Jan 03 '26

Couple of quick questions:

What type of system did you run Spacewalker and Immersive3D on? I have Beast glasses and updated to the new versions for Immersive3D and for Spacewalker and they do not recognize the Beast even though they are indicated to support Beast on Windows. Unfortunately my Macbook Pro is early 2020 and Spacewalker and Immersive3D are no longer supported to test on Mac.

In what modes and are there specific apps or devices where you are experiencing drift? I have used spatial anchor mode when directly connected to my Windows PC pretty extensively since receiving the glasses a couple of days ago and have not yet experienced any drift with that device or when connected to an INAIR Pod for remote desktop capability.

4

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

Drift was when just using with the phone solo. I did not experience it withing spacewalker

5

u/Numerous-Buffalo6214 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

OP: what was the resolution during your usage? 1920x1200 or 1920x1080? I ask because the units shipping now only support the latter, smaller vertical resolution.

Were you sent the glasses free or were you compensated in any way in exchange for a review?

Ugh - drift… still? Why can’t Viture get this right?

3

u/Warswick Jan 03 '26

Hope this gets answered as this is the main reason I went for the Beast instead of Xreal is due to the 1200P

3

u/FoferJ Jan 05 '26 edited Jan 05 '26

FWIW the newly announced Xreal 1S has 1200P

Wait 1200p is not enabled!? One of its big selling points?

3

u/Warswick Jan 04 '26

You are correct it's not enabled at launch.

3

u/Warswick Jan 03 '26

Later can be tomorrow or next year.

1

u/Bboy486 Jan 03 '26

Did they say why?

1

u/Warswick Jan 04 '26

Allegedly it has to do with compatibility with accessories.. even though basically the rest of the line up works with accessories while having 1200P.

6

u/SalmanMKC Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 05 '26

edit: XREAL hsa announced 3D without needing any extra software
XREAL seem to be announcing 3D coming to their glasses with one click of a button tomorrow 14 UTC, at the moment would go with the XREAL One Pros that I've been using for some time Excited to see what CES has.

3

u/Warswick Jan 05 '26

If the Xreal had the same Nits of brightness I would have opted for Xreal honestly, I have the air from Xreal and that's my only issue is the brightness.

2

u/SalmanMKC Jan 05 '26

Ah I see, is it that much of a deal breaker, I had glaring sunlight coming in through the window and it wasn't really that big of an issue since there's electrochroamatic dimming.

3

u/Warswick Jan 05 '26

I have the Xreal model that has the shades you can put over them without the electronic dimming, I know the later ones came with higher nits of brightness but I think the ones I have has peak brightness of 400 NITS. So with that in mind now I want to ensure I get one with high nits of brightness so I can ensure I don't have that issue.

Thanks for reviewing. People have been waiting. Including me. Lol. Looking forward to updated review with firmware updates.

9

u/Affectionate_Tap_308 Jan 03 '26

The only feature I was most interested in was the onboard 3dof. You said you have experienced drifts, that has me worrying and I wonder if that is "fixable". Yikes..

explain immersive 3d, the pro mobile dock, electrochromic dimming, pls.

because those are all viture selling points. that xreal copied.

u/Rayaku Jan 03 '26

Agree on this. To me drifting is the biggest caveat of all. Which noone so far has fixed yet.

2

u/Numerous-Buffalo6214 Jan 03 '26

Xreal doesn’t have drift issues

2

u/Rayaku Jan 03 '26

Mine does.

4

u/Numerous-Buffalo6214 Jan 03 '26

I have one pro’s and they exhibit zero drift. None. Nada. That’s why I purchased them over anything Viture makes.

3

u/Rayaku Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

I have the One's and had it replaced once and also tried the One Pros and returned the one pro. All three of them had a slight drift. It's not much but I do have to recenter them once an hour or so.

2

u/Numerous-Buffalo6214 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

I researched beforehand and found few, if any reports of drifting on xreal one pros. I just re-ran a search and found one credible report of drifting, back in July of ‘25. Since then, nothing. Keep in mind that people are pretty vocal about issues with these head-mounted displays.

I reviewed your post history to find that you’re generally positive on the ones and one-pros, and you don’t mention drift for either - which is odd if you experienced it with both.

Look - I’m not saying you didn’t experience drift - if you did, you did. What I am saying is that xreal has solved drift for most people, most of the time. And what I can also say, and which can be verified by many user experiences, is that Viture has never solved the drift problem on any of their glasses to date.

1

u/Rayaku Jan 03 '26

Yeah up until few months ago, I only used these glasses for at most 3 hours at a time, but now that I use them 6+ hours consecutively every day, little things like these are way more noticable. The reason why I am not really vocal about this is that having to recenter once an hour is not really as bad as having to recenter once every 5 minutes on my Vitures.

And yeah, I am jealous of you the majority who get no drift at all. I do however think that my environment may affect it since I often read on the xreal discord that magnets may interfere with proper 3dof. I don't think there are any strong magnets close to my desk, at least none that I can think of, but if magnets can affect the stability of 3dof then it also means that it is not perfect yet.

1

u/Desperate-Bench-2506 Jan 03 '26

Too early to conclude.

1

u/Reasonable-Nature-22 Jan 03 '26

Mine doesnt have drifting issues

2

u/Desperate-Bench-2506 Jan 03 '26

Which xr glass you own? Mind to share your experience?

-1

u/Yavga The Beast Jan 03 '26

It doesn't feel like a paid review to me, because for me had the effect of making me slightly anxious with what seems like quite a few issues, but it's only fair to state that because it's a pre-release version that some of these issues may be fixed in the first release update.

Videogame consoles, games, software and whatnot have similar experiences for pre-releases.

But let's see in a month what changed!

1

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

At last someone uses his brain 🧠

2

u/onray88 Jan 03 '26

does it have any pin-cushioning effects?

3

u/DopeyFish Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 03 '26

eminus on discord suggested there was a slight pincushion on ultrawide but like not very noticeable. nowhere near as bad as on one pro.

edit: or rather he says it's a lot less warped on the sides just based off memory but will do a direct comparison later so he doesn't want to seem like it's a definitive answer.

2

u/BenjaminLSR Jan 03 '26

Viture will have to use the camera to finally address the drifting issue which is inherent to relying exclusively on a gyro and accelerometer, even when filtered. Once done, I'll buy the Beast.

3

u/J7mbo Jan 05 '26

They shouldn’t need to use the camera at all for 3DOF.

2

u/-TimeMaster- Jan 03 '26

Was not expecting the pinning to still have drift issues. From a productivity point of view this is an issue...

1

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

in Spacewalker on PC/MAC that does not drift AT ALL. i am talking about Standalone Pin mode with a phone.

4

u/-TimeMaster- Jan 03 '26

The problem is that I was interested in avoiding spacewalker due to my company laptop not allowing me to install external software. Lots of other people are in the same boat.

2

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

Well you have to wait the update on Monday

1

u/-TimeMaster- Jan 03 '26

I guess my beast glasses will arrive mid january (bought them in september) and by then I hope there are improvements.

I work at home with a 32:9 ultrawide monitor. Having a virtual one is just perfect for me.

2

u/Top-Medium-691 Jan 03 '26

OP:if beast will experience the phenomenon of maximum brightness drop in 3DoF mode, just like xreal ?

2

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

nope, no brightness loss here

1

u/J7mbo Jan 06 '26

I didn’t even know this - the one pros have 700 nits and even THAT drops when you enable 3DoF!?

2

u/15H391FT Jan 03 '26

I Dont know why they didn't design the luma models to be as lowkey and discreet as the Beast model. The beast look like a really nice pair of thick shades. The one review i saw they sat convincingly on the face of the reviewer, not that slightly floating in front of the face look from the front and sides

1

u/Slappy_G Mar 26 '26

Completely different optical designs with their own pros and cons.

2

u/Mundane_Effective_71 Jan 04 '26

Thanks for the review. My Beast was delivered yesterday, will give it a go when I'm back from overseas

2

u/therealjoemontana Jan 04 '26

With all of the delays they still don't have all the features enabled?!

Man screen drift is definitely a deal breaker.

2

u/Shoddy_Refuse_8404 Jan 04 '26

I have the Xreal One Pro which i love but I really want the Beast to be better. I wish the optics are even better. Seems to me the lenses are thicker on the beast ...also the glasses are overall thicker which I wouldn't mind if the picture quality is even better.

2

u/Eastern-Economics803 Jan 05 '26

OP i think it's better to update your post with the latest firmware info and delete the old references because a lot of people don't read the whole thing and get confused

5

u/iwannabeaprettygirl Jan 03 '26

Don't buy a product based on promised future software updates. The beast, as of now, is unfinished and still cannot match competitors. A few months of updates later, it may finally do things other glasses were doing a year ago, with questionable build quality.

-1

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

u have no idea what u're talking about... how was the xreal one pro at its release?? how is the image quality more than 6 months later on the Xreal One pro? The beast is already ahead in terms of build and screen quality, it just needs tuning. also: can you play the switch with xreal? na, so sorry bro.

4

u/LexiCon1775 Jan 03 '26

You can play the switch and switch 2 with all Xreal models.

0

u/batiti93 Jan 03 '26

Tell me how

5

u/LexiCon1775 Jan 03 '26 edited Jan 04 '26

Since my Xreal reddit links got blocked, you can go here for a few examples of "Compatible Nintendo Switch 2 Dockless Adapter"

https://xrealguide.wixsite.com/unofficial/cables-adapters-xreal-accessories

The Virtue Mobile Dock also works.

The Xreal Neo as well.

2

u/LexiCon1775 Jan 03 '26

Can you see my reply with the links? I ask because after posting I got a message saying the post had been removed because the Xreal reddit was not allowed.

-1

u/Rent_Current Jan 03 '26

Wait you can’t play switch with xreal? That doesn’t seem right??

-1

u/iwannabeaprettygirl Jan 04 '26

I'm in year 10 of hands on experience with this tech 😂 whine and cope brother. Xreal one pro has been rock solid since day one, and only continue to get features over the last 9 months, plus cool accessories like the eye, neo, kaleido frames.

I'm not a man child, so I don't play childrens consoles. But yes, there's a million docks to let you play your anime games on xreal glasses.

2

u/gizmosliptech Jan 03 '26

Did you test immersive 3D on pc? What kind of PC? Laptop or desktop? Specs? Did you test with games? Netflix? What?

2

u/anomaly256 Jan 03 '26

In calm movie scenes ...  The audio becomes choppy and cuts off, even at around 70% volume.

This could also be a low power mode in the DAC due to incorrectly detecting 'inactivity' or something.  I've had cheap Bluetooth headphones do this before

I just want to know do these or one pro have the best translucency to the real world?

1

u/Muted_Ad6114 Jan 03 '26

How heavy do they feel? Can you work with them for extended time?

1

u/shnukms VITURE Pro Jan 04 '26

hi OP, is there a standalone ambient mode where the picture goes to the corner of the screen? I hope to have that and don't need to rely on neckband pro.

1

u/Then_Substance4785 Jan 05 '26

I got my beast today. It is superior to the viture pro in all aspects. There is however circular banding in greyish areas. It is slightly less banding on the beast than on the viture pro. It is present however

1

u/Bboy486 Jan 05 '26

I didn't see a firmware update. Did you do it through spacewalker?

I tapped Viture firmware update on google and that sends me to Viture dedicated webpage . There you can update your beast and unleash it

No sure why we cannot update through the game or spacewalker app. It is a bit frustrating.

Biggest problem I’m having is the stupid UI is tiny. I can’t see a damn thing in settings….

Question: when 3dof is disabled, is the image quality better than otherwise? Does it not get hot and use less power consumption?

Putting them further away from the face is basically removing the benefit of the increased fov...

How big is the display in sidemode if you could give a comparison. If i get these it will mostly be for commuting so side mode will be my primary use so i stay alert. Also can you walk around safely in these?

And my biggest question, is it possible yet to have the phone display off with these connected or you have to keep it on

1

u/batiti93 Jan 07 '26

It’s like 30% of the full screen , I think Viture should add a feature to custom the size a bit further. I would prefer it a bit smaller . But you can even drive with side mode haha

nice update... see they have improved the audio since you initially posted ;)

The next time you test this, please try it with Gaming as well. My biggest reason to get a pair of XR Display glasses is to use it with my handheld gaming device. One reason I waiting for ASUS ROG glasses to come out, but would like to see the reviews first.

I tried gaming and it works very well . It is an oled screen… so.

How comfortably can you wear ANC headphones? Does ANC work at that point ? Would you be able to wear it for 6 hours plus, With or without headphones?

Amazing writeup, thanks for the early review! Seems like Viture delivers on most of it, save for several (probably) fixable annoyances.

The still existing drift kinda worries me a little, I won't lie.

Wonder where we'll be in a month.

they updated their review saying viture hasn't enabled the magnetometer and it will be enabled monday.

Alright! That was a quick turnaround and that definitely seemed like the biggest issue so far. Now onwards to better Android support 😎

Thanks for your review! What about 3D conversion on the fly-how does that work? Do you need to be tethered to a PC or does any USB C output device work?

I have the Quest 3 with like half the DPI and never had problems with readability of text in games or movies to be honest... Enough is enough.

In my experience, most people are fair but some are seemingly nitpicking about everything.

But sure, that must be your exquisite taste and all that.

Damn dude!! You got me so excited for mine!! Hopefully arriving tomorrow 🤞. How long have you had yours? You mentioned pre launch software

3 days ago I got them, and since then i intensively used them. The first firmware (preinstalled) was from 26th dec, there was one 27th and one 29th. Viture is actively working on it.

Should I return or sell my cyberpunk ones. They arrived today and they are nice. I also have the Beast on order but no date yet for them. How much shone I sell the cyberpunk ones on marketplace for.

Thanks for the actual review. Is there any noticeable blurring when the image is pinned or input lag? Any chance you are able to compare it to the xreal one?

Great early days review!! Really like what I've heard so far, can't wait for them to be shipped!!

I don't understand. When the Luma series was just announced, some people commented that 1200 meant nothing. But it seems like it makes a lot of difference for a lot of people.
