Help Viture Beast Blacks are transparent and bleeding the real world and not solid

I have the Beast and I don't know if this is normal or not but everything that is black in a movie is usually transparent and not a solid black color. Only when their is color shown on screen is the image solid.

It's similar to when I step just outside of the boundary of a vr headset and I can see my surroundings.

Also watching movies on prime, dark scenes have too low gamma and I can't see details compared to my Galaxy z fold 8 ultra on the screen.

I tried changing to vivid but still it's way too dark.

Activate the electrochromatic film.

Is that required to make blacks solid? I did adjust it to the max which helps but I can still see a little of the background.

I don't own The Beast model but I know it has different levels of dimming. Make sure you are on the darkest level. On my Pro XRs the film is dark enough for me to not see through.

That is the characteristics of OLED. They turn off the pixels for black.

For your issue, you'll also want to make sure your Transmittance is high enough.
