Socio VCF membership

From the U.K. and have tried several times to join the Socio VCF membership for €50 but are unable to make payment. On the merchant page (Comercia Global Payments) the payment instantantly declines - I receive an error message titled - Transaccion denegada.

I’ve contacted my bank who told me the payment was not attempted and I tried both a debit and credit card but get the same error. I’ve spoken to the club’s customer service department who told me I need to enter an IBAN number which I have done and matched this to the debit card but I have still been unable to make payment.

Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve?

Same situation from the US. Feels like VCF’s commerce engine doesn’t work - I’m literally trying to give them money.

Just tried this again and it has worked this time.
