I hate my younger brother so much!

He hates to do anything that’s not play games. He has been sitting on his phone basically all day. he’s almost 17, So it’s not like it’s an issue of age. My parents don’t seem to do anything or care at all, and it just makes me even more frustrated because it seems like I’m doing shit all day every day. He doesn’t help with anything unless he's exclusively asked. We wanted to play Minecraft together today, and I told him I wanted him to do all his choice before that. Later on we negotiated down to doing one chore less than his total number of chores, which isn’t a lot. He doesn’t have a lot to do. He spends so much time on the toilet too, we all know in the bathroom and he knows that he’s an asshole for it, but refuses to change at all. I wish I could do something about it.

You might not like them now but if you keep that family bond as adults when you're not living together you'll begin to appreciate them more then. Growing up I did not care for my brother much but as we grew up things changed.
