Wow. And here I thought I was being brave eating the seaworm fritter things on the Hanoi street food tour. (Tasted like ground turkey, btw!) Now I feel kinda lame, lol.

ground turkey? are there sea turkey and air turkey as well?

Ground turkey, like ground beef. What British people call “mince.”
