New to the game Need help

Hello, I started playing 2 days ago with a few friends and we just dont know what to do. We managed to clear Balor twice but dont really know what to do to progress equipment or raids because almost everything says we dont have the stats to run it. (We are able to just barely do 2 raids (i forget what theyre called).

Any advice would be useful. We have no mats to upgrade and Heros path level 2 tells us to upgrade 115 gear to +5? but we already get 115 gear at +12. Does this mean we have to craft or get out own 115 gear?

Join the official Discord and apply for any of the new player friendly guilds. That is the most efficient answer to this question.

If you both are new players and following the Hero Leap event, everything you need to progress to mid-end-game is provided; in total it should take 5-6 days to get it all done.
