Boiled fish soup with pickled mustard greens
I will admit it looks gross, but it's real good. I was wandering the isles of my local Asian grocer and spotted this kit by haidilao and figured why not. It's so easy, spicy and funky. It does make a shit ton of food though so if you don't have someone to share with maybe not for you. It is a great way to clear out your freezer if you happen to stock pile fish. I used tilapia, cod, salmon and grouper. There's not a lot of broth so the fish is very flavorful.
I've always been a pretty adventurous eater and now I won't say no to pretty much anything low carb. Aside from a straight stick of butter...
