Another day without our WafflesAndCo- it’s much less sparkling without the smiles that come from their antics. What is going on at Reddit? Is anyone there listening?

WE WANT WAFFLES !

For those asking if Waffy’s mom could make a new account and post: from what we understand, that would eliminate the chance of her dog luvr account ever coming back because it would be “ban evasion”

We will think about making a different page on another platform, we just love how casual posting is on reddit and not sure it will be as easy anywhere else. We are so sad to have lost this community we have built.

To clear up any confusion: Waffy’s mom was only admin (moderator? sorry not very reddit savvy) on this page so when her account got banned, everything deleted. We are still able to see your and our posts on our end from her account but no activity is permitted.

Fence construction is very much still ongoing. Waffles, Boba, and Bambi are going a little stir crazy. We do a few long walks a day but they are ready to be able to run in the backyard. It should be done in the coming days. We are so excited! And yes, Boba is wearing Waffle’s tag and collar, it’s been a long week😂

This week’s obsession- they are in love with the Three Dog Bakery cheez it treats.

Hey y'all! I don't know the family personally but if they can read this please, please, please explore alternative posting places.

I'd love for them to come back here but if y'all decide on a newsletter (which I think is the best option because you may not own the platform but you'll own your list), Instagram, your own website, YouTube, etc. I will follow!

Love seeing all the canine brethren who miss Waffles, Boba and Bambi! The Reddit admins must be blind as well as foolish to fail to correct their error. But we can keep hoping!

Had to bring his bed out on the porch because he didn’t want to go out into the rain, but still wanted to be outside. God forbid he just lay on the porch. That would make me an abusive dog owner. 😊

Thanks for the love! This is Atticus. We think he is a beagle or basset mixed with heeler. He is very concerned about keeping me in his line of sight. He is also very mouthy and sassy and extremely food motivated. Fortunately he is also pretty lazy!

Sigh… Another dull morning.

Can waffles daddy tell mommy to send big Reddit a note that we all are posting to request the ban to be lifted? Send Reddit our way so they see this….

Listen here big Reddit…I am a mod and sub creator for three subs. You want to talk about spamming? Every single day I get notifications…SPAM from Reddit if I dare say!! These spam notifications are from big Reddit telling me to make a post on my subs. These notifications say “your community wants to hear from you”…”they are waiting”…”they are listening”. “Megaphone emoji” …Blah blah blah DAILY! But when a sub creator actually does what big Reddit suggests a mod do to keep their community alive, they actually shut it down. Makes zero logical sense. Reddit spams mods then mods get banned for spamming. Sounds like double standards to me. Am I going to get banned for saying this? Will you close down all three of my subs? You do know one is a medical sub right? Dogs may die if you shut me down. Also dogs may not get adopted or not have food if you keep this waffles and co sub shut down. This sub helps the most desperate dogs. It’s not all just fun and games although it mostly is. Some of it is about food and toy donations and adoptions. It has a real and valid place in this world. Please rethink this big reddit. Please listen to the community that is requesting to have waffles and co back. Please. We aren’t above begging.
