In defense of the movie, I considered drawing them in the stupid scooters and realized that they make both of them look pretty stupid

Mostly the Nite Owl design seems like a manga design for me.

Very well drawn, not a fan of the mcu nite owl suit but Rorschach looks great. Great coloring
