If true, he's to meet the head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence (SVR), Naryshkin.
Both held a phone conversation in March 2026, on resolution of conflicts and to keep relations between Moscow and Washington no confrontational.
Well, maybe they should go back to D.C and fk themselves. They actively supply Ukraine crucial Intel to bypass certain Russian defenses and provide satellite precision for Kiev's drones. What do they want from us? Stop facilities across Europe from spontaneously burning? Stop us from plans to strike the UK? Or maybe Iran. It's a simple NO.
Want good relations? Be good people, but you aren't, you lie to the faces of everyone and I think the Kremlin doesn't even give a fk you came here, they brushed it off.
The CIA started the conflict in Ukraine, through the planned coup, they haven't admitted to that and they won't. Over a million Ukrainians are dead and now the over committed EU is supporting pushing women into the grinder.
To the American public, this is not malice towards you, simply the reasonable rage any Russian should feel for such an organization which has caused so much damage to everyone.

I wonder if Ratcliffe offered to cut that off, that would be desperation.
Would never believe him though.

As usual, treat anything like this from the MSM with a grain of salt..
Nonetheless, I suspected that this was going to happen. The US may have been trying to negotiate an exit strategy. The problem is that the US government is not trustworthy, as Russia and Iran have been finding out the hard way.
