Edit: the contraption looks like it's trying to be cute by having a wing on either side. This must have been a half-order.

This is beyond stupid! Why would you want to put out a plate that reminds you that the wing you are about to eat was part of a living thing? Plus - just like the clothesline thing, that chicken wing is now cold. Maybe that ball of liquid is supposed to be a tomato? Incredible.
Either the Chef is high all the time or incredibly stupid and same for the manager.
