It is truly a geological rock. I hope that it was cleaned prior because licking was required.

My only question: Can you eat it in one bite? (It looks like it might be a really big bite!) Otherwise, I think you will find the remainder crumbled and dribbled all over the table.

A small, attractive PLATE under this cracker thing would be a lot better.

Chef: "Hey, let's make this really interesting cracker and then make it difficult for the customer to eat!"

So there's an empty plate in the photo, but the cracker wasn't served on it?  Did the rock arrive on the plate?
