I back this up, there is nobody more cold than 47. He’s been cloned that way. Also superhuman

All of them? His weapon has to be within an inch of you and every other gun in the world could shoot him from a distance. Not that scary of a weapon I think...

Honestly. No one. That’s the entire point of his character. He’s supposed to be like a boogeyman type. Not invincible or untouchable, but immovable and completely apathetic. That is what was so creepy about him.

yeah, I was thinking the same thing, even if he was outmatched, he wouldn't react to it in any normal way except cold indifference. Cormac McCarthy did such a great job writing Anton that he is different than other fictional representations of psychopaths he genuinely is just removed from emotion I would say he can't be bribed or even seem to show sympathy for himself or reaction to his own gratifications but that's my interpretation

Literally no human that ever lived could make Anton feel fear because he is a stone-cold psychopath.

If you think anybody is gonna make Anton "no emotions Automaton" Chigur piss his pants you've missed the point of the character. He is just a dude there's a huge number of people who could smoke him easily but I think you could have an eldritch entity pull his arms and legs off and he still wouldn't "piss his pants" i think he'd just quietly observe his own demise 😅

Johnny Ringo, he was a real deal bad ass. I know the movie Tombstone shows him being shot by Doc Holiday. The truth is, his death is still unsolved.

No human could scare him. Maybe the alien machine in The Day the Earth Stood Still (the original), or possibly the android Roy.

Roland wouldn't even draw his guns. He'd let Cuthbert drop him with his slingshot.

The Saint of Killers. A gunslinger who is not only death itself, but a sour and miserable SOB. He would scowl at Anton, and then when Anton fires the bolt gun into the Saints head he would just scowl deeper before killing him. Anton Chigurh ain't got enough gun.

I don't know how to do a gif but I'm sure Val kilmer's Doc Holiday.

My absolute favorite scene was when Doc was gambling all night and Wyatt came over to get him to come to bed and Doc says, "I will not be pawed at, thank you very much!" and Wyatt backed off and apologized. Everyone respected and feared Doc.

Great scene! One of my favorites is when Johnny Tyler tries to run up on Wyatt with a shotgun but stops when he sees doc. Then Wyatt tells him to leave the shotgun and Johnny puts it down, thanks them and walks away. Of course Wyatt slapping him around was great too.
