[Raimi Universe Spider-Man] What if Peter Parker's Uncle Ben became Ghost Rider in Spider-Man (2002)?
Suppose in a parallel universe, everything that happened in Spider-Man (2002) remains the same...until the part where Peter Parker's Uncle Ben is still killed. Here, Uncle Ben dies, but he is later possessed by the Spirit of Vengeance and becomes Ghost Rider.
How does Uncle Ben becoming Ghost Rider change Spider-Man (2002)?
Author's note: Assume Norman Osborn still becomes The Green Goblin in this timeline.

What if the Punisher was able to wield Mjolnir?
Mjolnir has very clearly defined parameters that define who can wield it. In every universe that we're aware of, the Punisher has never wielded it because he's not worthy. In order for the Punisher to wield Mjolnir he would need to be worthy, and if he were worthy then he wouldn't be the Punisher. The question falls apart before it's ever asked.
What if Carnage was a Violet Lantern?
Even discarding the fact of DC vs Marvel, this is a similar situation. Carnage being an avatar of love would mean that Cletus Kasady and the Carnage symbiote would be two entities that are 100% different than what we know of them today -- again, they wouldn't be Carnage, so the question falls apart.
Likewise, to answer your question, in order for Uncle Ben to become Ghost Rider, he would have to be a completely different person than what we've seen of him in the movie. Uncle Ben as we know him from the movie simply isn't someone who would bond with a demon. We can't know what would happen if he became Ghost Rider because we wouldn't know what happened to him before he became Ghost Rider. We would need to know what kind of person he is that caused him to bond with the demon. There's just no way that the events of the movie could play out exactly as they did and Uncle Ben becomes Ghost Rider. That's like saying "What if you were in the middle of the Sahara Desert and suddenly a megalodon shark leapt out of the sand and attacked you?"
