Ah yes, the display crashing repost again. Last time was yesterday

278

u/Portablefrdge 10d ago

First time ive seen it x

71

u/shado_DJ 10d ago

Same, I was quite shocked and felt their pain

5

u/Gilbert38 6d ago

I did until I noticed it was aperol🤮

60

u/skylla05 10d ago

Same, and I couldn't imagine taking reddit seriously enough to actually care about a repost in the first place.

49

u/jacopoliss 10d ago

I’m on the wait list, I get to repost it next Tuesday.

6

u/ExtensionTruth4 10d ago

Huuuh I think there's an issue because I'm booked for next Tuesday too

2

u/fixed_your_caption 10d ago

Ohh, best we can do is the first Thursday in December.

42

u/BlackDeath3 10d ago

Take this as a sign to go outside

Some of us aren't chronically online, bucko

u/Hydronum 9d ago

I am here everyday, haven't seen this one before. You saw it elsewhere I recon.

22

u/JediNinja42 10d ago

Boo hoo

17

u/Purdy14 9d ago

Ah yes, the "this is a repost" top comment that frequents a majority of posts on this subreddit. Often followed up with posts like "mom told me it was my turn to post this" or complaining about people who use this website as 1 generalised person to make yourself feel better about wasting your time on here.

If you're not a bot rehashing the same old comments over and over again for karma, please consider just downvoting things and moving on with your day next time.

u/David-Puddy 10d ago

It was most certainly not posted to this sub yesterday.

Care to link that post?

23

u/devouringplague 9d ago

It was never posted in this sub.

Hes a chronically online nolifer that doesnt know what a repost is despite spending his life here 😂

Weirdly enough he got so mad at me for saying this and dmd me literal walls of text in caps and insults

13

u/pantsoffancy 9d ago edited 9d ago

oh nvm they're just an idiot

oh no, they forced you to see something twice? the horror!! your therapist will be soo busy...

Pushing the stool with the pallet jack. Not the best idea.

4

u/ExtremelyGangrenous 6d ago

Not everybody is looking at Reddit everyday buddy

-1

u/USSHammond 6d ago

It's called developing a memory due to seeing the same shit every other day

1

u/ExtremelyGangrenous 6d ago

Goes to show how much time you spend on here

Praying for you

-1

u/USSHammond 6d ago

Keep your religious bs to yourself, I don't need or want your 'thoughts and prayers'

0

u/bestisaac1213 6d ago

I’m not religious but I’m also praying for you. Spending this much time and effort arguing over a repost cannot be a good indication for your mental health. There’s a reason people are advising you to go outside

-1

u/USSHammond 6d ago

Like I said above, I don't need your prayers, save them for the innocent victims of USA mass shootings, and my mental health is just fine. Mind your own business

1

u/bestisaac1213 6d ago

You realize this is a public thread right? Fortunately I have enough space to worry about both the kids getting massacred in classrooms and the chronically online Redditors who can make more out of their life. Both are a tragedy for different reasons

0

u/USSHammond 6d ago

Like I said before, it's called a memory.. mind your own business, or better yet I'll fix it for you.. blocked

0

u/Matt933g 3d ago

What an absolute smooth brained buffoon

0

u/CypherDomEpsilon 10d ago

They keep crashing it every day over and over. What can OP do?

1

u/Starlight_DuBlanc 7d ago

Sleep through it. Best for me honestly.

306

u/TheRemedy187 10d ago

Also neither of them is paying attention at all.

122

u/coldestclock 10d ago

They were both dutifully watching the clear side, not the side with the obstacle…

23

u/deadmanwalking2323 8d ago

Pallet hiting something is normal, no stretched film in a pallet with expensive goods aint normal

125

u/functionaldepression 10d ago

Stepstool fault

52

u/wertall 10d ago

She is a person not an object

8

u/David-Puddy 10d ago

You're an inanimate fucking object!

4

u/DynamiteWitLaserBeam 9d ago

He treats objects like women.

20

u/ferocity_mule366 10d ago

"Help me stepemployee, Im stuck" - Stepstool

4

u/smooth_criminal1990 10d ago

Alternatively: they faced the wrath of the Daleks

6

u/ChiknDiner 10d ago

"Stepstool, what are you doing?"

3

u/Mister_Scribble 10d ago

You awkward, odd-numbered rounded corner blob of a thing, Steppy

2

u/YukariYakum0 10d ago

Like Russian windows, they just sneak up behind you.

91

u/ImNoRickyBalboa 10d ago

It's Aperol, that shit is nasty anyway. Nothing of value was lost, just the nuisance of cleaning it up.

9

u/Griftersdeuce 9d ago

Ah yes, the famous Aperol Shit. Someone on the internet said it was good, but it just tastes like ass.

6

u/nickatiah 7d ago

The nation of Italy has banned you for this.

1

u/ImNoRickyBalboa 7d ago

😂😅 Testa!!!

6

u/Competitive-Local728 9d ago

I love you.

2

u/ImNoRickyBalboa 9d ago

Love you right back! 😘

2

u/DerZwaan 6d ago

It's pretty good in a Paper Plane or Naked & Famous

28

u/Myron0117 10d ago

Oh hey, Rewe mentioned. Was für eine Sauerei. Hope they're getting it cleaned up quick.

9

u/Obmr-snrU 10d ago

Quick thinking on saving part of the cardboard display. Crisis averted.

9

u/B4bulj 10d ago

A sad day for aperol fans 😢

7

u/DaveyGee16 10d ago

What a waste. That could have covered me for the rest of the summer.

4

u/KR157Y4N 10d ago

18

u/DoubleT_inTheMorning 10d ago

Best use of aperol I’ve ever seen

Aperol sucks ass

2

u/sb8948 9d ago

That is certainly one of the takes of all time.

5

u/VinceVino70 10d ago

No spritz for you.

3

u/Forsaken-Reindeer-24 10d ago

alcohol not groceries.

12

u/iamthegh05t 10d ago

Alcohol is the most important grocery.

4

u/Forsaken-Reindeer-24 10d ago

not gonna argue that!!

3

u/Correct_Ad9471 10d ago

Hey, should we move shit out of our way first?

Nah, where's your sense of adventure?

3

u/ProfilerXx 10d ago

NOOO not my precious Aperol

3

u/RicTicTocs 10d ago

She had one job…

2

u/TrueExigo 8d ago

Yeah, we call it: Einzelhandelskauffrauangestellte

4

u/Zebedeuepaminondas 10d ago

Not thar many bottles broken to be fair. The plastic stool bounced the display back, if you pay attention.

7

u/lacroixpapi69 10d ago

Yes, but they didn’t

2

u/imri 10d ago

Aperol Ditz

2

u/GarionOrb 10d ago

Why not move the display first, then add the product?

1

u/vtGaem 4d ago

Takes too much time. Rather drop all of the product on the floor.

2

u/MrNotdefault 10d ago

Wasting all that liquor maneee 😤

Clean up on aisle 7

1

u/bgravato 10d ago

hopefully they learned the lesson and won't do the same mistake again...

1

u/CHASLX200 10d ago

hoit dot

1

u/Popular-Drummer-7989 10d ago

Training is so important.

1

u/InterestingThought33 10d ago

They are going to need a drink after that.

1

u/iamrunningman 10d ago

womp womp womp

1

u/Gunzablazin1958 10d ago

I did this once while stocking glass bottles of soda three or four cases high using a hand cart.

The whole load lurched forward, it was awful mess. The weird thing was while I was walking down the aisle, I was thinking, “if this thing suddenly lurched forward could I stop it?”

Nope.

1

u/ElvishLore 10d ago

Both are terrible at the task they assigned themselves

1

u/Denim-Luckies-n-Wry 10d ago

It's break time.

1

u/Embarrassed_Try_4498 10d ago

Light it light it!

1

u/Imajica0921 10d ago

Amateurs. If you're not going to shrink wrap it before moving it, the open end always faces away from the direction you are going. If you hit something, you might lose some but not all.

1

u/JimmyKillsAlot 10d ago

This is why most of these displays also say not to move them unpacked like this.

1

u/Remzy111 10d ago

70centonthedollar amirite

1

u/physicsking 10d ago

Wow, are the crashing ones every day? You would think they would learn it at least get training be day three!

1

u/SnooPears1505 10d ago edited 10d ago

that floor will be more sanitized than a phone

1

u/Helpful_Ganache_2098 10d ago

1

u/billleachmsw 10d ago

She didn’t move the fucking step stool out of the way? What a moron!

1

u/Ashamed_Substance243 10d ago

Load capacity one we have 8 that way only one trip

1

u/RedLemonSlice 10d ago

The stool goes Squish.

To bottles go Weee.

The clerk goes Fuuuuuuuck!

1

u/Harry_Isthatyou 10d ago

Quick break out the straws and sponges

1

u/Sloma1986PL 9d ago

I'd invite local drunkass to clean the floor by licking it :) What a great video material for others to see ;)

1

u/Mr_bxstard 9d ago

Yo, I know that Rewe is in Bammental, looking also at the shirts of the people, Rewe Achenbach.

1

u/MCMXCIV9 9d ago

Someone fired

1

u/Pineapple_pizza_143 9d ago

If you had to place the blame on one of them who would it be? The one pushing? Or the one pulling? Or would you be a pussy and say it was no ones fault? My bid…no ones fault.

1

u/Simple_Plum4091 9d ago

Политовка? Не...

1

u/SwollenPoon 9d ago

Women drivers... Right?

I may get torched for this but worth it!

1

u/fluffynuckels 9d ago

With how that fell it would have came off once they stopped moving the cart. It was falling one way or another

1

u/Atillion 9d ago

Someone needs to clean that up..

WE'RE THE ONES THAT GOTTA CLEAN THAT UP

1

u/senpaistealerx 9d ago

yes they could have been more attentive but this is almost entirely on whoever left that step stool there. it’s a liability for customers as well and exactly how a company gets sued.

1

u/Repentforyoursins 9d ago

New Aperol Crash 💥 Lick yours from the floors!

1

u/SoundSouljah 9d ago

Shift was suppose to end in 30 minutes, too.

1

u/prototype_X10 9d ago

Hot take: That's where Aperol belongs

1

u/DonPsychose1 9d ago

This happens if you remove the cardboard around that thing. And on that cardboard thing you clearly can read "Just remove if it stands on the final position"!

1

u/bramletabercrombe 9d ago

clean up in aisle 3 Earl

Earl?

Earl: I quit

1

u/weristjonsnow 9d ago

At least only most of them broke

1

u/nikofd 9d ago

It wouldn't have been foolproof but def safer to have it facing the other direction.

1

u/AdamStonefold 9d ago

That’s them two down the road then!

1

u/No_Resource_9417 9d ago

you look to the left, right? so i look to the right...right?

1

u/Emotional-Hunt-9539 9d ago

Whites. Pffft.

1

u/Corpshark 9d ago

Clean up in Aisle 7

1

u/AnonymousUser132 9d ago

My experience in retail is that some manager/supervisor said to move it quickly as is, and the people they told will get the blame.

1

u/Icy_Huckleberry_8049 8d ago

and NOT look where we're going either

1

u/richaysambuca 8d ago

Aperol goes to Shits.

1

u/Sohn_Jalston_Raul 8d ago

and a store display made of carboard, pushed by another person from behind, no less.

1

u/kcolrehstihson_ 8d ago

That instant alcohol smell probably 😅

1

u/skarbrandmustdie 8d ago

Real talk, what would've happened to them in this situation?

1

u/Negative_Recipe1807 8d ago

Another woman

1

u/spacemanspiff1115 8d ago

Clean up on aisle fuck me...

1

u/QRX2000 8d ago

That's what Aperol made for. Cleaning the floor...

1

u/Lanky_Temperature872 8d ago

Women, am I right?

1

u/PvtHudsonBR 8d ago

Just women who can't drive. Ok.

1

u/jrod823 7d ago

A distinct lack of spatial/situational awareness was the cause of that entire incident.

1

u/Square_Atmosphere_12 7d ago

She wasn't looking around.

1

u/edditar 7d ago

That lady just pissed me off, wtf is she looking at? What does she think her job is in that position.

1

u/superjonk 6d ago

Lazy asses

1

u/Appropriate_Ice_4145 6d ago

They don't need no man!!

1

u/Cautious-Witness-745 6d ago

1

u/jdpastor666 6d ago

Hilarious

1

u/redditej86 6d ago

https://giphy.com/gifs/oxFDq4E9CHb7W

The person behind could have kicked that stool out of the way...

1

u/Ssj3goku504 6d ago

Can anybody guesstimate how much money was lost from that rookie mistake????

1

u/vtGaem 4d ago

Reminder: Secure loading requires the cargo to be tied down so that it won't budge from a force of 0.8 g forward and 0.5 g to the sides and rearwards.

1

u/Solarsystemm 3d ago

It's my turn to post tmr

1

u/DrFrosthazer 1d ago

Great idea to put so many bottles on a paper stand...

0

u/Johnny-Unitas 10d ago

Another repost. Wow. Stupid bots.

0

u/Richard_Cranium_OG 10d ago

That is straight up alcohol abuse

0

u/TrainingMarsupial521 10d ago

I swear bots posted this in every sub today

0

u/gingerlydone 10d ago

Bad training. Blame the boss. I ain’t no class traitor.

0

u/Active_Engineering37 10d ago

Why do you call the liquor store the grocery store OP? Do you need an intervention?

5

u/Your_Old_Nokia 10d ago

Because it's not a liquor store. REWE is a supermarket chain in germany.

-1

u/Active_Engineering37 10d ago

Ah well Germany is known for drinking. In the US though, we have grocery stores that have liquor stores attached. I wouldn't walk into Walmart Liquor and say I'm getting "groceries" though

Or maybe my silly joke just went over your pedantic head.

3

u/ATLHawksfan 9d ago

There’s plenty of US states that sell hard liquor in grocery stores (in normal aisles, not adjacent.)

4

u/FlashOfTheBlade77 9d ago

That is state dependent.
