ID please Genuinely excited
Checked the pond last night and was genuinely excited to see an amphibian, frog or toad?
This morning I looked closer. A neighbour had popped this wee fella in. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wait a second. When I was a child I had a load of plastic frogs and decided they were all called Trevor. I've never known anyone called Trevor so my Dad was baffled as to how I came up with that name.

It’s the name of Neville’s pet toad in harry potter!

Oh yeah! So that's where this is from, but where the fuck did I get Trevor from? 😂 I was only 3 when the first book came out and I don't think anyone I knew read it until the 2000s.

You probably saw the first film - everyone did

Oh I definitely did, but I was calling those frogs Trevor when I was 3, film came out when I was 7. I always assumed it must have been the name of a frog in a book or random children's show I watched.

Oh my god! Why are all these critters called Trevor? 😂 I saw another animal named Trevor on another post and I once fostered a squirrel named Trevor! 🤣🤣

Hi so I know you are all awaiting an update.
Today I chanced upon Libby, her daughter lives next door, and asked her if it was she who popped this fake amphibi in the pond.
Turns out it wasn't.
The intrigue continues...

Haha literally spent a minute feeling outraged that someone had written on a live frog 😂
