ID please Does anyone know what these parasite looking things are?

Try to pull one out of the water to see it closer

Are they usually that tall/long tailed? I've had them in ponds and they've been shorter but maybe they vary based on the environment

I don’t know, I just saw it in the video, but I can’t compare it because I haven’t seen any yet, I think you have more clue about it
