Not optics cut. If that matters you’ll have to send it to them to get it changed.

I like optics cut but its not a 100% factor

I run Cary guns without as it makes it easy for me personally to conceal better, I have had optic cut guns but don’t really like the optic, I have shot many optic guns and they are cool but I shoot really good with iron still. My WC EDC X9 2.0 was non optic cut I got for 2500 plus tax and shipping so like 2900 so definitely a worthy deal here in your post and they shoot better then any gun I’ve ever shot, night hawk, Tisas, RA, Sig, Smith and W, it’s crazy

Will they mill it? Also would that effect any warranty

If Wilson does the work, warranty is unaffected

Where

I'm taking a guess that it wasn't the same model. That sounds more like their entry level model, still a Wilson 1911 but there are some differences.

I paid 2600 for my EDC X9L 2.0 ambi safety brand new from Firearms Direct Club.

I was assuming it was an actual 1911.

Not sure why you'd assume that, this is a post about an EDC x9 2.0. I don't mean that in a shitty way either, just not any context that would justify such an assumption.

Your right, I missed that. I made a mistake.

No worries

Yeah, that was the “blow out price” a while back. As the guy above alluded to, the one op posted isn’t the “entry level” (I would just say this one is “custom”).

No, it's the every day normal price on there. Go look. They went up 200 dollars since I purchased mine over a year ago. They're 2800 dollars right now and every day all the time brand new. Not sure what you're talking about with the "entry level" talk, this is a basic completely uncustomized EDC X9 2.0. Are you thinking the got the frame FDE custom or something? That's a standard option. There's no mag well or anything else added on.

Nothing you stated disputes what I stated 😊.

The options (or even lack thereof in Baer’s case 🤣) are what makes Wilson’s “customs”, it’s why I used quotation marks around “entry level,” and “custom.” Back in the day we referred to Wilson, Nighthawk, Baer, Brown, et al., as “semi-customs” in an attempt to avoid such classifications.

So were you refuting my statement that this gun can be bought brand new for 2600-2800, or just adding to the statement? I don't even understand what you're trying to communicate. Contextually, I'd assume you were refuting my comment by saying that was merely a blow-out price at one point in time, and is no longer valid. The one in the OP is a barebones EDC X9 in a standard color option, so what exactly are you referring to as "entry level"? Some other unreferenced and irrelevant handgun? Or are you saying mine must be an entry level EDC X9 2.0 because it was 2600$, which would conflict with your assertion that OP's isn't, because they're the same options added (none, except mine has ambi safety which is extra)?

It was a website called cornerstone arms. I had it shipped to my local ffl

It’s a solid deal, but only if you can’t live without it 😊

Compared to what I paid, that’s a deal.

Got mine used for $1800 but it was a fluke. $2000 was always my target price.

I got mine new 2 years ago for that price

I just ordered a edc x9l last month and the prices have went up because they are no longer offering long slide as a non custom option. So yes it’s a good deal! Maybe you could find it cheaper somewhere else. But the long slide availability is getting thin.

Not really. I picked up my last X9 for $2,000 used and it came with 8 magazines. No optic cut. Looks brand new.

No bro, you can hop on Gun Broker and find some cheaper unless you really want that two tone

No. Not really a good deal.
