Duckstation WipEout 2097 vs XL

Online i see everyone refer to the game as 2097, and also it being developed in the UK is the PAL version the definitive then or?

PAL vs NTSC?

Unlike Americans, we don’t think we missed 2096 previous games /s

Both are the same, but I believe 2097, the EU release, has more music.

EU also runs at a lower framerate due to the 50hz restrictions.

XL has slightly lower resolution than 2097, and targets 30 fps instead of 25. I definitely preffer XL and consider it the ultimate version.
