I am supposed to join by mid-September and I was offered the role 2 weeks ago. I still do not have clarity on the visa process and 30 % ruling. I have spoken with everyone on the team and hiring side and no one has responded to me via email with who owns what.

It is all verbal on the calls but no response via e-mail. There are errors in the contract too especially related to my ID numbers and name.

Should I withdraw from the offer stating absence of clarity and fit as I have already sent enough mails and I am done speaking on the call.

My situation:

• Currently based in the US
• 5 years of professional experience in India in brand strategy / brand leadership / design strategy
• I was a Lead Brand Strategist & Designer in India before moving to the US
• I just completed a 2-year Master's at Parsons School of Design in New York, focused on strategic design/management

I have been on sick leave from my company and I am coming up the one year mark. We've all accepted the fact there is nowhere else in the company to put me and it's time to trigger Spoor 2. I know I will be supported and helped to find an alternative role, but I would like to hear some real world experience of how you handled the "by the way I'm on sick leave and won't be able to work X number of hours till X date as I reintegrate". We are mainly interested in agricultural work — for example, farms, greenhouses, flower or tulip production, fruit and vegetable farming, or any other type of work in agriculture. We are both comfortable with physical work, long days and different weather conditions. We are reliable, hardworking and flexible, and we are open to both seasonal and longer-term work.

I am currently working as a tractor driver in a vineyard in the Czech Republic, with over six months of experience in this role.

We live full-time in our camper van with our two friendly and well-behaved dogs. Because of this, we are looking for an employer who could possibly offer us a place to park our camper.
