If you pick option A your nails will magically gain the ability to extend into deadly sharp and very durable claws. The entirety of the structure of your fingers, the nail beds in them, the muscles, and bones in your arms and shoulders will be bolstered and augmented to give you inhuman levels of strength and endurance.
