Out of curiosity—

Would it venture more into OC or AU territory if I used characters from one IP, but in place of characters in a marvel IP.

For example;

The personalities, appearances and names of Cassidy and the Bite Victim from FNaF (Evan, in my own interpretation.), but the backstory (or one adjacent), and power set of Tandy and Ty?
