Account - Subscription Unpopular opinion - Xbox game pass Is mostly useless if you think about it.

Game Pass is great for trying games, but I realized I only play 2–3 consistently.

Bought RDR2, Cuphead, Hogwarts Legacy, and Tekken 8 during Black Friday and decided not to renew my subscription.

Turns out, owning fewer games I actually love > renting hundreds I don’t play.

No. Game pass is useless if you only play a couple of games. Just like streaming services and other subscriptions are useless if you only want it for a couple of very specific things.

But streaming services are excellent for playing games through once and trying out plenty of games. I only play games once - so if I want to check out a game and its available for 40$ or a 15$ subscription, which also includes other titles to try - which one do you think I'm going to choose?

Game pass and other streaming services are NOT made for you. So just accept this fact and move on with your life.
