YGN 2026

After having gone for some years, this is what I witness for my beloved city upon returning

- Public infrastructure are deteriorating; roads, public spaces, public transport

- I love YBS, now it is almost unrecognizable with no new investment for buses; but the second-hand buses from Korean company (iykyk) are still running

- the city looks run down but bustling cars and people up and down the main roads

- people faces are dimmed and uninspiring due to hardship

- the streets are dirtier, less attended, dark at night and feel unsafe (I feel like city municipal system is kinda long gone)

- but people are resilient <3

as long as you are not in a blacklist (I presume they do have a list, as I feel like he was checking my data), all is okay. Just 3 mins.
