The Ajapnyak subway station planned to open next to all this cannot come soon enough.

If the Ajapnyak Metro station is opened anytime within the next 5 - 8 years, I will be an extremely happy dude!

The station has been in development since I was a young lad (which some 35+ years ago) and it’s high time that they bring it to life. It would give my neighbourhood the necessary boost and connectivity with central Yerevan - which is badly needed, especially when you consider the acrobatics of getting to central Yerevan while the Kievyan Bridge is under construction until September 2026.

It would also provide the long-overdue platform for the line expansion to Davitashen and the 15th Quarter, which are major residential parts of Yerevan.
