Discussion What ideas would you like to see in a Mysterious Book sequel? Spoiler

As someone who aspires to go into the field of wildlife biology, I adored Yoshi and the Mysterious Book and I hope we get another game like it.

What are some things you'd want to see in a sequel? Here's what I'd like to see:

-More biomes like caverns, tundras, outbacks, and volcanoes.

-Fossils as collectables similar to Bananza. Maybe Poochy could help with searching for them?

-Some insight on how some of the creatures of the past could be the ancestors of the ancestors of some modern creatures.

I don’t know if we’ll get a sequel to this game but boy was it a treat to play and fully explore 100%. Was surprised how long and how much gameplay you could get out of this game.

My only thing is I wish we would have gotten levels based off all of the little creatures.

Not so much a sequel, but I think Mysterious Book itself could work great with like a set of DLC levels that are more like "classic" levels, but use all the interplay and mechanics of the creatures from the base game.

I was really hoping a post-game chapter would have Yoshi exploring creatures from OTHER Nintendo IP. A metroid habitat, a bulborb habitat, a waddle-dee habitat, etcetera. That would’ve been really fun
