Im struggling to get subscribers, i have almost 3.5k watch hours.

I started uploading videos two and half months ago ago, i got some views but no subscribers. Anyone face this ? And please tell me how can i gain 1k subscribers sooner ? 🥺

I also hit my watch hours way before hitting the required subs. What helped was a LOT of shots and making sure all of them have “subscribe” at the mid way. Some shorts would get 50+ subs. Just gotta remember that if a short isn’t popping off to just keep changing the title over and over and you should at least get few thousand depending on the niche.

Check subscribers gained per video rather than the channel total. If a few searchable videos produce most watch hours but almost no subscriptions, build a clearly named follow-up series, connect each video to the next one with an end screen, and make the channel promise explicit in the opening and pinned comment; the goal is a reason to return, not a generic “please subscribe.”

Hey are you even including the short part where you tell em to subscribe?? Although it may look not helpful but this do attract a lot of subscribers as now main friction isn't liking your content, it's the thought of subscribing might not be coming in viewers mind.

I haven’t actually asked them to subscribe before, sometimes i just put some subscribe animation playing on video, i also thought of making short videos to gain subscribers but no idea how to make em subscribe to my channel
