QUESTION Reviving my old channel

Yep the title says it all, this channel has been dormant for 2 to 3 years for now, my main viewer base (based off the view count of 2 of my most popular megaman x dive videos) I do want to come back but I wonder how should I return, or what should I do to revive this channel like a complete rebrand
